Before launching my freelance business in 2003, I worked as a reporter, magazine editor and executive editor of an independent book publishing company. As a freelancer, I have worked with leading media companies to produce superior articles, books and Web content. Writing
My writing has appeared in national magazines, Web sites and newspapers. I specialize in complex topics and tight deadlines. I have also ghostwritten and edited more than a dozen books for various authors, including corporate histories for Fortune 1000 companies such as Pfizer, Boston Scientific, IBP, Bertram Yachts, and others. Through my relationships with established companies, such as Middle River Press, I can help you or your organization take an idea from conception, through the writing and editing, to a finished and printed product.
Editing, Copy Editing and Proofreading
I am an experienced editor in every part of the editorial food chain, from developmental editing and book consulting to copy editing and proofing. I've worked closely with many individual authors, as well as large corporations, to produce superior books. As a copy editor and proofreader, I have extensive experience with the Chicago Manual of Style, the AP Stylebook and the AMA Manual of Style.Indexing
